Matcha Churros

  • 30ml water
  • 3 tbsp unrefined sugar
  • 40g vegan butter
  • 230g spelt flour
  • 2 tsp Health Bar Matcha Powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of grounded vanilla
  • Some neutral coconut oil for brushing

    topping :
    Powdered sugar, unrefined
    Health Bar Matcha Chocolate

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). Heat up water, sugar and butter in a saucepan and let it melt. Mix with the dry ingredients to form a smooth dough. Place the batter in a piping bag and shape the Churros onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the Churros with some coconut oil.
Leave to bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with melted Matcha Chocolate.
