Banana Matcha Marble Bread

200g light flour
2 ripe bananas
Pinch of vanilla & cinnamon
50g sugar
50g oat drink
60g light almond paste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Some Health Bar Matcha Chocolate Classic (chopped)
Approx. 2-4 bamboo spoons of Health Bar Matcha (1-2 tsp)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190°C top and bottom heat and line a loaf tin with baking paper. In a bowl, mash the bananas together with the vanilla, cinnamon, plant-based drink and almond butter using a fork. Add the apple cider vinegar and bicarbonate of soda, then add the sugar, salt and flour and mix together. Pour half of the batter into a separate bowl and mix with the matcha. Pour the two doughs alternately into a loaf tin and mix lightly with a knife to create a marbled texture. Chop the chocolate and add to the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
