Smoothies as a perfect nutrient supplier

How do I create the perfect smoothie and provide my body with all the important nutrients?

Smoothies have a positive effect on our health and provide us with important nutrients and good energy. They contain many vitamins and are also good for skin and hair.

To start the day well, I like to prepare a smoothie.

My philosophy for nutrition is about providing the body with important nutrients on a daily basis, and to ensure a well-stocked water balance. Both can be achieved with a smoothie.

My smoothie is divided into 3 pillars:


1/3 water

with 1 tsp Health Bar Matcha Powder

1/3 fruit

For example: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, avocado, dates

1/3 vegetables

For example: spinach, kale, lettuce, herbs, sprouts

Once you have chosen your ingredients and mixed equal parts in the blender to make your smoothie, you can sweeten it with a little bit of maple syrup if the taste is too bitter. Sometimes I mix in some nut butter. In order to be able to digest the smoothie the best way possible, don't forget to chew it.

By chewing, the right digestive juices are flowing in the body and thus relieve the digestive tract enormously.
